Archbishop didn't know child sex abuse was a crime in 1980s

Current Archbishop of St. Louis Robert Carlson gave sworn testimony under oath as part of a civil lawsuit involving a child sex abuse victim who was molested by a former priest at a Parrish in St. Pau.
