GPS TRACKING APP From LOCiMOBILE® Ranked Third Highest Grossing And Seventh Most Downloaded App In iTunes Social Networking Category

Los Angeles, Calif. – April 21, 2010 - GTX Corp (OTCBB: GTXO), a leader in 2-Way GPS personal location services, hits the number three spot on iTunes Top Grossing social networking category. The GPS Tracking App, developed by the wholly owned subsidiary; LOCiMOBILE ® which runs on the iPhone, iPad, Android and coming to Blackberry platforms, crossed over 300,000 downloads in eighty countries, recently ranking number seven in downloads and number 3 top grossing app in the social networking category – a category shared by Facebook, Bebo, Twitter, Aardvark and My Space which have been instrumental in redefining the landscape of social interaction and value creation in the financial markets.

Gartner forecasts, 2013 worldwide downloads in mobile application stores to surpass 21.6 billion and reports consumers will spend $6.2 billion in mobile application stores in 2010.
